Member of the Executive Board of the Council of Higher Education Prof. Dr. Kemal 艦enocak attended the meeting online. In addition, Vice-Rectors Prof. Dr. 陌smet Alt谋nta艧 and Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karymshakov, along with Secretary-General Dr. Fatih Ramazan 陌stanbullugil were also present.
